As Vice President, Workforce Development, Daniela Devitt department is responsible for all of California Employer’s Association’s (CEA) training, recruiting, outplacement, workforce development and executive coaching programs. Daniela and her team provide programs that include: Leadership training, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training, Employee Development, Professional Edge Training Series, Job Readiness training, Employer Engagement programs, Recruiting, Outplacement and Coaching for CEA employers and Workforce Centers throughout the State of California. Daniela is a marketing specialist, keynote speaker, professional facilitator and trainer.
Daniela an experienced and entrepreneurial leader. She has managed and led peer advisory boards that assisted CEO’s & C-Level executives from companies in the greater Sacramento area. Daniela works with employers and workforce boards throughout the state as they manage their workforce transition programs. She is business owner of a winery in El Dorado County.
Daniela Devitt holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from the Kansas State University/Fort Hays. She is active in the community and sits on various Workforce Development Boards and is President of the Fair Play Winery Association in El Dorado County. Daniela speaks at Workforce Conferences, Chambers, Job Fairs and Community groups on leadership, building a strong, engaged workforce, professional development and transitioning careers.
